Taylor brings a warm, down-to-earth, and non-judgmental presence to her work, creating a space where you can feel safe, supported, and truly heard. She values building a strong therapeutic relationship and works collaboratively at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
Taylor supports individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, stress, and relationship or interpersonal difficulties. She has years of experience working with teens and young adults, including those who have experienced trauma. Taylor approaches this work with care, compassion, and sensitivity.
Taylor uses an integrative, client-centered approach, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). She is also trained in Brainspotting and incorporates it when appropriate to support deeper emotional processing and healing.
