Stephanie supports children, adolescents, young adults, and families who are experiencing challenges or seeking to improve day-to-day functioning and overall well-being. Areas of support may include grief and bereavement, anxiety, sleep-related concerns, emotional regulation difficulties such as frustration or anger, low mood and motivation, challenges with home routines, and school attendance concerns. Caregivers are actively engaged throughout the therapeutic process to promote consistency, collaboration, and positive outcomes across settings.

Stephanie's practice is grounded in evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and behavioural interventions. She builds treatment goals with each client's unique strengths and needs, ensuring an individualized and effective approach to care.
