Siobhan Oxley
REGISTERED SOCIAL WORKER
Siobhan is a compassionate therapist who offers a warm and safe presence for individuals and families seeking support. She creates a gentle, non-judgmental space where clients can feel safe to show up as they are while navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, neurodiversity (including autism and ADHD), chronic illness or pain, and the complexities of parenting. She honors each person’s pace with care, curiosity, and respect. She is committed to supporting LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities with affirming, inclusive, multicultural and identity-affirming care.
Her work is rooted in an intersectional and neuro-affirming approach that considers the deep connection between mind and body. Siobhan supports clients in building awareness of what their emotions and bodies are communicating, helping them develop tools for regulation, self-understanding, and meaningful change. She also acknowledges the impact of systemic oppression, including racism, sexism, transphobia, homophobia, and ableism, and holds space for these experiences with sensitivity and intention.
Siobhan integrates Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), Mindfulness, Intersectional Feminist Psychotherapy, Somatic Therapy, Trauma Focused Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (TF ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and elements of parts work. Through this integrative approach, she supports individuals and families, including therapeutic parent skill building, in a way that is attuned, personalized, and empowering. Helping clients reconnect with their strengths and move toward a more grounded and fulfilling life.
