Lauren specializes in relational therapy, focusing on couples and families while also working with individuals. She helps clients change patterns that leave them stuck or disconnected, navigate conflict, and rebuild connection and trust. Her work also supports concerns with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and challenging life changes.
Lauren draws from attachment and family systems approaches, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman Method, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation. She offers walk-and-talk therapy, integrating these approaches with the grounding benefits of movement and nature.
