Jackie places a strong emphasis on rapport, recognizing its essential role in effective, client-centred, and strength-based therapy. She takes a collaborative, family-oriented approach, tailoring her work to each individual’s unique experiences while identifying and building on existing strengths.

Jackie has experience supporting individuals and families presenting with anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem challenges, ADHD, behavioural and emotional concerns, as well as trauma and PTSD. She has a particular interest in working with women during the perinatal period and is certified in perinatal mental health, providing specialized care across the perinatal spectrum, including infertility, pregnancy, and postpartum adjustment.

Jackie draws from a range of evidence-based modalities, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), trauma-focused approaches, emotion-focused therapy (EFT), and internal family systems (IFS). She integrates these approaches in a flexible and responsive manner to meet each client’s needs, supporting emotional regulation, insight, and meaningful, sustained change.
