Brogan believes all couples face challenges, but these moments can become powerful opportunities for deeper connection and growth. She aims to help couples get to the heart of their difficulties, by uncovering underlying emotional patterns that drive conflict and disconnection. Brogan guides couples towards breaking old cycles, finding new solutions, and building a more resilient, secure, and loving relationship.

Brogan specializes in working with couples of all ages and backgrounds. She has experience supporting couples with a variety of issues relating to mental illness, neurodiversity, sex, infidelity, conflict resolution, and the transition to marriage and parenthood, among other issues.

Brogan’s framework offers an evidence-based and experiential approach to creating lasting change; drawing on humanistic, trauma-informed, and attachment theories. She is trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy, as well as, The Gottman Method.
