Allison creates therapeutic relationships that are client-centered, non-judgmental, and emotionally safe. She supports children, youth, and adults in exploring their inner experiences and emotional patterns, helping clients heal from early wounds and build self-compassion. Using a mind-body approach, she helps clients understand how emotions and trauma are held in the body, supporting integration and healing.
Allison works with anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, ADHD, trauma, and related concerns, helping clients build regulation, resilience, and a greater sense of safety. She also supports parents and caregivers in strengthening connection, emotional safety, and family well-being through emotion coaching, regulation, and relational repair.
Her approach integrates Internal Family Systems IFS), Somatic Experiencing (SE), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Dyadic Developmental Therapy (DDT), Brainspotting, and mindfulness-based practices.
